PRECONSTRUCTION PLANNING
Preconstruction Planning
The first step is to have a complimentary meeting with Bill Hudson, owner, head contractor and builder which will all us to get a better understanding of your wants and needs. Bill will visit your building location to lay out the entire scope and the schedule of the project. Together all goals and objectives will be defined. We will also honestly discuss if your vision is actually feasible within your budget. (We hope you will take advantage of this meeting free of charge.)

Once your plan is completed, if you need further assistance to visualize your project, I can offer a scaled model. This model can be done virtually on a CAD program or constructed out of foam board.

Established by William "Bill" Hudson, BNT, Inc. has been building and renovating new homes since 1987 along with the building of new homes. We also specialize in remodeling of kitchens, baths, offices, attics and basements. Our attention to quality and detail,

BIOGRAPHY
My name is Bill Hudson, I was born and raised in Massachusetts. My construction journey began 40 years ago, not as a general contractor but as a house and remodel framer-carpenter. From there I became a construction foreman for a large building company for 7 years, responsible for overseeing all for the various subcontractors on well over 200 homes and several remodeling projects.
I have been a self-employed contractor since 1987 building many custom homes and additions in several towns and cities in Massachusetts. My wife Susan and I have been married for 27 years and we have three wonderful sons, Branden, Nicholas and Tyler, hence the business name of BNT, Inc.
I have a deep appreciation for and truly value our customers while taking pride in our work as well as that of our subcontractors while making the best choices to produce quality work. While employing my own carpentry expertise on ever project, I work closely with all of my crew and subcontractors. I demand and expect high levels from each of them, from their skilled work to polite behavior. Those who work for me respect my knowledge and meet my exacting standards.
Even after many years in the building industry I truly enjoy meeting new customers and the challenge of exceeding their project expectations. BNT, Inc. has many clients who have written testimonials and recommendations complimenting the quality ways we have added to the beauty of their homes. I love what I do and I get great satisfaction out of seeing my customers faces when their project is completed. NEW CONSTRUCTION / REMODELING PROJECTS
All of these homes were built by BNT, Inc. Some were properties bought by BNT, Inc. and designed and built to sell to new owners. Some of them were custom built on a clients' own lot. We have actually had repeat customers building their second home with us.
We are also quite proud of our vast variety of remodeling projects. We can work with your own architect or we can design your project in house.
